Mentoring for everyone’s benefit will be led by IPA award winning coach Alan Meade. It is a springboard for anyone who wants to use their ‘silver’ experience and wisdom to become an outstanding mentor.
This in person course will teach the core principles of mentoring, and show you how to champion a culture of mentoring in the organisation you work for.
It will explore and inform about the true value of mentoring, to individuals, companies, and society.
If you are a silver freelancer, or consultant, it will explore how to get yourself launched as a mentor.
‘Mentoring for everyone’s benefit’ will be held at a central London venue on the morning Thursday 23rd of January 2025.
